The establishment of an advanced call center system for efficient handling of incoming calls to coordinate appointments, reminder calls to confirm arrival for medical treatment, a call router to receive information on how to get to the institutes, without the need to speak with a representative.

The solution

The Aspire Optimus call center system for routing to the customer's branches and reaching the center's representatives. Reports self-built by the client generates real-time and historical reports. The Aspire voice center system receives the CTI reports of the extensions from Bezeq's aviation center in the cloud and displays the status of the representatives on the real-time screen of the Aspire call center installed in the Bezeq cloud.
