Aspire Optimus sound center system. Reports self-built by the client generates real-time reports and historical reports. The Aspire voice center system receives the CTI reports of the extensions from Bezeq's aviation center in the cloud and displays the status of the representatives on the real-time screen of the Aspire call center installed in the Bezeq cloud. A smart router was also installed for the purpose of routing all the company's activities, self-service capabilities for the company's internal customers, transfer and automatic routing of calls according to a pre-planned schedule or manually by the customer.
