Micah (Mike) Melnik

Qualifications

Micah’s career began at the age of 8, when he developed his first software. 10 years later, he was accepted into the prestigious programming course at MRAM, and upon his release, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and became a manager at Talaul Contact Center. There, Micah learned that an organization with a disabled or non-functioning call center is a bleeding organization, and hence the way to the insight that there is a need for a company that will provide effective solutions for managing call centers accompanied by the service
Efficient and high-quality, was particularly short.

What does Micah do all day?

Since 2000, Micah has led Aspire, which has become a leading company in the development of software solutions tailored to the nature and needs of Israeli call center managers and enabling them to get the most out of call center operations.

Boaz, who joined Aspire in 2005, is a software and management engineer, who spent time in several start-ups and gained extensive experience in the field of integrations and Voice.

Boaz manages development teams, accompanies strategic clients
and the talented architect behind Aspire’s advanced technological solutions.

What does Boaz do when he is not at work?

Married + 3, lives in Rehovot. Basketball player and travel enthusiast.

Chen Naaman

VP of Customer Experience

Qualifications

Chen, a graduate of B.Sc in Technology Management, joined Aspire in 2021 after managing the central service and support system of the Melam Timm company.

What does Chen do all day?

Chen is responsible for the technical support team and the senior implementation team of the company. Every day Chen tries to improve and maximize the customer experience.

What does Chen do when he's not at work?

Chen is married + 1, lives in Moshav Nofach.
Loves sports and football in particular, the sea and constant learning of new content.

Eli Jacobi

VP Customer Happiness and Business Development

Qualifications

Eli is a VOIP expert, an electrical and network communication engineer, has a master’s degree in education, computers and the Internet and is a certified CIO from the Technion. In 2019, at the end of 26 years of work in Bezeq’s business division, Eli joined Aspire.

What does Eli do all day?

Eli accompanies the customers, meets with them regularly, identifies their needs, desires and dreams. Advises on technological issues, offers various collaborations and is responsible for Aspire customers being happy and satisfied at any given moment.

What does Eli do when he's not at work?

Married + 2, lives in Herzliya. Multidisciplinary skipper: yachts, sailboats 420 and SAP. Lover of cinema, sports, gyms and running on the beach.
