The solution

The Aspire Optimus call center system, which includes self-built reports by the customer from a real-time and historical report generator, recordings, queue management, call forwarding to the operator's mobile phones to work from home during the Corona period. The system receives the CTI reports of the extensions from Bezeq's IPCentrex center and displays the status of the representatives on the real-time screen of Moked Aspire.
