Establishing a call center system for a support center and handling complex faults, which serves thousands of customers and maintains tens of thousands of websites stored in an array that includes more than 1000 dedicated virtual servers. The call center must offer advanced monitoring and alert capabilities, which allow receiving alerts and handling them ahead of time, as part of preventive maintenance.

The solution

The Aspire Optimus call center system combined with the IPCentrex switchboard extensions for the support representatives, self-built reports by the customer from a real-time and historical report generator. The Aspire voice center system receives the CTI reports of the extensions from the IPCentrex center and displays the status of the representatives on the real time screen of the Aspire center.
