Establishment and operation of a call center system for managing queues on the Cisco switchboard used by the company, without the need for version upgrades.

The solution

Optimus voice center system that handles incoming customer service calls and outgoing calls to leads received from landing pages. The system provides reports self-built by the customer from a real-time and historical report generator, receives the CTI reports of the extensions from John Bryce's Cisco center and displays the status of the representatives on real-time screens.
