The goals that the client set before us

Establishing a system of real-time and historical reports for the Colcenter system installed in the Bezeq cloud for the operational center of the rescue union. Construction of real-time screens in a flexible and independent manner.

The solution

The operational center of the rescue union is the most important center. This center has been using Bezeq's Aspire smartCC cloud system for several years. We recently upgraded the system in the Hatzla union to smartCC version 3. This version is the most advanced version that allows the construction of real-time screens in a flexible and unprecedented way in the call center market in Israel.
