The company has developed an end-to-end computerized solution that helps manage processes derived from accreditation: the control process including deficiencies, risk management including monitoring, patient satisfaction feedback and employee and competency evaluation processes.

The goals that the client set before us

Establishing a system that will call patients after a visit to the clinic and allow them to answer a short questionnaire, while arching the number indicating the answer, from reading several answers to the patient, reporting the answers to the Top Solutions systems and transferring them to the end customer's BI interfaces.

The solution

A system for issuing campaigns that performs continuous surveys in the interface with Top Solutions. The system dials the kosher devices of the religious community and plays a personalized questionnaire to the customer, to which the customer is asked to key in his answer. The results of the survey are recorded in the Top Solutions system at the end customer.

The result

The Optimus system adds important capabilities to Anmel's customer survey solution that extend the support for the survey distribution channels to the IVR channel as well, with built-in support for sampling and personalization rules that are very important to the process. The system is installed in front of the BI systems of the Leumit and Maccabi health funds.
